When asked about a new Stones record, Wood said: \u201cYes, you will be getting a new album next year. To which the guitarist replied: \u201cYes, we are hoping to do some dates. Keith Richards\u2019 son Marlon spoke to <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/recordcollectormag.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-url=\"https:\/\/recordcollectormag.com\/\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\">Record Collector<\/a> in May and said: \u201cThey\u2019re in Chiswick or somewhere like that; I think they\u2019re nearly done.\u201d and when asked what the band were working on, added: \u201cI guess an album \u2013 they have enough left over from the last one.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, as recently as last week, producer Andrew Watt confirmed to <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-features\/rolling-stones-back-in-studio-new-album-2025-1235431173\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-features\/rolling-stones-back-in-studio-new-album-2025-1235431173\/\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\">Rolling Stone<\/a> he was busy with the Stones, saying: \u201cIt\u2019s like working for Batman.
