A longtime pop-punk band is back with new music after making a big change in their career.<\/p>\n

New Found Glory announced a new album, their first full-length release in nearly six years, will be out Feb. 20, 2026. \u201cListen Up!\u201d will feature 10 songs including newly released single \u201cLaugh It Off\u201d (see music video below), and it will be NFG\u2019s first album since signing with a new record label \u2014 Pure Noise Records.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe overall message\/theme of this album is to encourage hope through hard times, while also looking at the world as somewhat of a fly on a wall: seeing people\u2019s fear, negativity, and stress about small things that only scratch the surface of what life will eventually \u2014 but bring in a hopeful way. We want to encourage hope that the hard times will bring growth and strength. So the music is super fun and anthemic and loose feeling. We\u2019re singing loud and proud about the scars and not in a pity party sort of way,” New Found Glory said in a statement<\/a>. \u201cThere\u2019s also a lot of reflection. We\u2019re looking back at the good ol\u2019 days as reminders of all we\u2019ve been through in life that led us to the people we are today. Sonically the album has that juxtaposition too. It\u2019s fun pop melodies mixed with the heavier, riffed songs.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cListen Up!\u201d marks a new chapter in New Found Glory\u2019s career, which began in Florida in 1997. The pop-punk band rose to fame in the Warped Tour<\/a>\/\u201cTRL\u201d era of music with early 2000s hits like \u201cMy Friends Over You,\u201d \u201cAll Downhill From Here\u201d and \u201cHit or Miss,\u201d and remained popular with songs like 2014\u2019s \u201cVicious Love\u201d (feat. Paramore\u2019s Hayley Williams) and high-energy covers of movie soundtrack classics like \u201cKiss Me,\u201d \u201cIris,\u201d and \u201cKing of Wishful Thinking.\u201d<\/p>\n

Past NFG albums were released on labels like Drive-Thru Records, Epitaph, and, most recently, Hopeless Records. As the group approaches their 30th anniversary, their new home will be Pure Noise Records, an indie label behind punk\/pop-punk\/alternative rock artists like Four Year Strong, Hawthorne Heights, Less Than Jake, The Early November, and the Upstate New York-based State Champs.<\/p>\n

New Found Glory, featuring singer Jordan Pundik, guitarist-vocalist Chad Gilbert, bassist Ian Grushka and drummer Cyrus Bolooki, recently wrapped up a tour with The Offspring and Jimmy Eat World that included a Syracuse concert at the Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview<\/a> in July. NFG\u2019s set included new song \u201c100%,\u201d which will also be on the \u201cListen Up!\u201d album.<\/p>\n

The album will also be the band\u2019s first full-length collection of new music since 2020, when the release of \u201cForever + Ever x Infinity\u201d was disrupted by the Covid pandemic. They also released a collection of acoustic and live songs in 2023, \u201cMake the Most of It,\u201d before returning to the studio for more original music.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe wanted to make something that really focused on how lucky we are,\u201d Gilbert said of the upcoming LP. \u201cWe\u2019ve all gone through serious stuff in our lives, and I think the lyrics on this record are more meaningful and purposeful than ever. It\u2019s a positive outlet that hopefully keeps people going.\u201d<\/p>\n
