Towards the end of September 2024, a casting call began to make the rounds locally about a streaming service filming in the area.<\/p>\n
They were looking for background actors for a project called Four Seasons. After doing some digging, we learned that Four Season was a Netflix series starring Tina Fey, Steve Carell, Coleman Domingo, Will Forte and Kerri Kenney-Silver.<\/p>\n
The show was a remake of the Alan Ada movie of the same name.<\/p>\n

IMDB summarizes the series writing it’s about “three couples who take vacations together, whose lives and friendships are upended when one couple divorces, with a major twist at the end.”<\/p>\n
Filming for the series took place in\u00a0Arlington, Beacon, Cold Spring, Fishkill, Kent, Poughkeepsie, Warwick and many other towns across the region.<\/p>\n
Four Seasons wrapped up shooting around the end of November 2024. Then, by May 2025 it was premiering on Netflix.<\/p>\n
Fans ate up Four Seasons and gave it great reviews, which resulted in a quick season 2 sign on. Unlike last year, we haven’t heard of any public casting calls for Four Seasons production yet, however we think filming has already begun.<\/p>\n
On Tuesday September 30th, 2025, Netflix posted the following photo with the caption “Our bags are so packed. THE FOUR SEASONS season 2 is officially in production.”<\/p>\n
Even if it’s not Mount Beacon, it has to be the Hudson Valley right? I’d know that view from anywhere.<\/p>\n
Looks like\u00a0most\u00a0 of the team is back together (this is a spoiler free site, but if you know…you know).<\/p>\n
What we noticed is that the background has the potential to be a Hudson Valley filming location. While we can’t be 100% certain, we’re guessing that photo was taken at one of the many hiking trails in the area.<\/p>\n
Our guess? Maybe, Mount Beacon? Guess we’ll have to wait and see once season 2 come out.<\/p>\n
Now that we know season 2 is in production and possibly back in the Hudson Valley, now is the time to keep your eyes peeled.<\/p>\n
Last time around Steve Carell and Tina Fey were spotted, on separate occasions, dining at the Yankee Clipper Diner on Main Street in Beacon where they filmed a chunk of the series.<\/p>\n
