Produced by Combs alongside Chip Matthews, the project includes the highly anticipated \u2018My Kinda Saturday Night&#8217;  which has already stirred excitement online, as well as &#8217;15 Minutes&#8217; and \u2018Days Like These.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Sharing the news, Combs said, \u201cStill working on my new album that\u2019ll be out early next year, but 3 songs from it are ready now and I couldn\u2019t wait to get y\u2019all some new music, so I\u2019m releasing them this Friday, October 3 as \u2018The Prequel.&#8217; Songs will be \u2018Days Like These,\u2019 \u201815 Minutes\u2019 and \u2018My Kinda Saturday Night,\u2019 which next year\u2019s tour will be named after. I\u2019ll have more news on that very soon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The new EP caps another record-setting year for the global superstar. Combs became the first country artist to headline both Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza, with Austin City Limits Music Festival and Country Calling still ahead. Earlier this summer, he released his latest single \u2018Back in the Saddle,&#8217; now climbing the charts at #8 on Billboard Country Airplay. Critics have praised it as a classic Luke Combs anthem, with Billboard declaring it feels like a \u201cmulti-award winner and mainstay chart-topper.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Combs\u2019 accolades continue to soar. He recently notched his 19th consecutive #1 single with \u2018Ain\u2019t No Love in Oklahoma,&#8217; extending his record for the most consecutive chart-toppers to start a career.
