September is synonymous with new beginnings\u2014the start of a new season, the kickoff of the school year, and, in the case of Hollywood<\/a>‘s biggest stars, a time for shaking up their real estate portfolios.<\/p>\n The past month has seen a slew of A-list abodes hitting the market, beginning with disgraced actor Bill Cosby<\/strong><\/a>, who listed the second of his two New York<\/a> townhouses on Sept. 14, with an asking price of $29 million.<\/p>\n His decision to list the home came several months after it was revealed that he is facing foreclosure on the property\u2014as well as his other Manhattan<\/a> abode, which is also on the market<\/a>.<\/p>\n Then there’s President Donald Trump<\/strong>‘s son, Barron<\/strong><\/a>, who is understood to have quit the Big Apple in favor of moving into the White House with his parents.<\/p>\n According to reports, Barron, 19, who is a sophomore at New York University, has transferred his studies to the school’s Washington, DC<\/a>, campus\u2014having spent his freshman year living at his father’s Trump Tower in Manhattan.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, supermodels Gigi <\/strong>and Bella Hadid<\/strong>‘s mother, Yolanda<\/strong><\/a>, also opted to make a milestone move, by listing her longtime New Hope, PA<\/a>, farm for $10.88 million, eight years after she bought the property to serve as a “sanctuary” amid her ongoing Lyme disease battle.<\/p>\n “Eight years ago, after my divorce and years of battling chronic neurological Lyme disease, I needed to get away from the noise of city life,” she explained. “I longed for a sanctuary where I could heal and reconnect with Mother Earth just the way I grew up in Holland.<\/p>\n “When I found the farm, I instantly fell in love \u2026 there were no gates at that time so I parked on the main road and walked down the long driveway, the energy was unbelievable.
