The lawsuit comes nearly one week after Ray J went viral for comments he made during a September live stream via X<\/a>. The musician claimed that Kardashian and Jenner were involved in a federal criminal racketeering investigation.<\/p>\n\u201cThe federal RICO I\u2019m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy,\u201d Ray J claimed in the clip. \u201cI\u2019m talking about, I\u2019m on the news every day.
