Johnny Depp<\/strong><\/a> is in hot water after his rescue dog mauled a flock of sheep and killed two of the farm animals near his UK mansion \u2013 and now, an insider tells National Enquirer<\/em> that the actor is fearful he\u2019ll be \u201cdriven out of his adopted homeland\u201d as neighbors are upset that their livestock was attacked.<\/p>\n

\u201cJohnny loves all animals, and he\u2019s deeply upset over sheep getting hurt and killed. This is the last thing he wanted to hear while he was away,\u201d the insider says. \u201cHe wasn\u2019t home when Bourbon, his bullmastiff rescue, attacked the sheep and killed two, but he blames himself.\u201d<\/p>\n

The insider reveals that the Pirates of the Caribbean<\/em> star, 62, has hired a dog trainer to get Bourbon under control, but it \u201cwon\u2019t bring back the sheep that died such a horrible death.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cNeighbors are angry with him,\u201d the insider continues. \u201cUp until now, Johnny\u2019s been able to fly under the radar, but this incident has made him front and center locally. It\u2019s not just made farmers unhappy; others are up in arms. People don\u2019t take kindly to these things and say irresponsible pet owners are to blame.\u201d<\/p>\n

The insider adds that Depp is \u201cbeing watched closely by the locals who are critical of him now more than ever,\u201d while before they just \u201ctolerated him.\u201d<\/p>\n

While the Nightmare on Elm Street<\/em> actor \u201cdoes love his life in the UK,\u201d he\u2019s starting to think he might be \u201cbetter off back in the USA or on his island in the Caribbean.\u201d In 2004, Depp bought an island in the Bahamas called Little Hall\u2019s Pond Cay.<\/p>\n
