Denise Richards<\/strong> is fighting to keep her famous friends \u2014 and enemies \u2014 from taking the stand in her contentious divorce battle<\/a>, according to a court document obtained by Star<\/em>.<\/p>\n On Tuesday, September 30, the Wild Things<\/em> actress filed an objection to her estranged husband Aaron Phypers<\/strong>\u2019 request to put her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen<\/strong><\/a>, and her former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em> costar Brandi Glanville<\/strong>, on his witness list.<\/p>\n \u201cThis person is not a percipient witness to abuse committed by Petitioner against Respondent,\u201d her filing read of Sheen, 60, and Glanville, 52, along with several other names including Richards\u2019 father, Irv Richards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n In his own documents<\/a> filed earlier on September 30, Phypers, 53, had alleged that Sheen, who is sober after years of addiction, could testify to the realty star\u2019s \u201chistory of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.\u201d<\/p>\n Glanville claimed she and Richards hooked up<\/a> in 2019 while she was wed to Phypers, which Richards has repeatedly denied.<\/p>\n Richards has accused Phypers \u2014 who filed for divorce after more than six years of marriage in July \u2014 of domestic abuse<\/a>.
