Christina Haack<\/strong> may have reignited an old feud with ex-husband Josh Hall<\/strong> after she revealed a disturbing incident that she claimed occurred during their relationship.<\/p>\n

The HGTV star, 42, told People<\/a> that she initially turned down Hall\u2019s proposal for marriage, adding that he \u201cthrew the ring in the pool\u201d after she said \u201cno.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat was probably red flag number one,\u201d she told the outlet in an interview published Wednesday, October 1. \u201cI don\u2019t think anyone\u2019s ever heard that story before. Sorry. It\u2019s true.\u201d<\/p>\n

Shortly after the interview was posted, Hall, 44, took to his social media page and shared a quote about \u201cliars\u201d on his Instagram Story.<\/p>\n

\u201cNever argue with liars,\u201d the quote read. \u201cYou can\u2019t win, because they believe their own lies.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite their tumultuous divorce \u2013 which was settled in August, more than a year after they filed \u2013 Haack has moved on from their relationship drama.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t look at it as starting over, and especially for the fourth time,\u201d she told the outlet. \u201cIt does feel like a fresh start in that for once I\u2019m actually in control of my destiny, and that feels really good.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not going to say I have it all together. I\u2019m still learning<\/a>,\u201d she added. \u201cI\u2019m still a work in progress. And I\u2019m grateful for my mistakes.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Flip or Flop alum has since moved on with her new boyfriend, CEO Chris Larocca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
