Blake Lively<\/strong><\/a> has a time capsule inside her closet.<\/p>\n Lively, 38, rocked a pair of 16-year-old Chanel heels while chatting about her Betty Buzz and Betty Booze drinks during a panel discussion on Tuesday, September 30. Her cherry red pumps featured a stiletto heel and a strappy front that crisscrossed over her feet.<\/p>\n The actress wore an Elie Saab outfit featuring a bright red top complete with eyelet cutouts<\/a>, short sleeves, a plunging neckline and a peplum waist for the event. Lively styled the piece with matching pants, complete with a straight leg and scalloped hem.<\/p>\n Lively added another pop of color to her ensemble with teal dangling earrings.
