The 2025 SCAD Savannah Film Festival<\/a> is fast approaching, and the festival has announced 10 actors who are set to receive honors at screenings of their projects.<\/p>\n Those being honored include Miles Caton, who is being honored for his work in Sinners<\/a>, and Tessa Thompson, who is being honored for her work in Hedda<\/a>. <\/p>\n Per the festival, the honorees will also \u201cparticipate in awards presentations, moderated conversations, and master classes with SCAD students, offering a unique opportunity to connect with some of the most celebrated individuals working in the entertainment industry.\u201d<\/p>\n The following honors have been set:<\/p>\n Will Arnett will receive the Luminary Award at a screening of Is This Thing On?.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Rose Byrne will receive the Luminary Award at a screening of If I Had Legs I\u2019d Kick You.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Miles Caton will receive the Rising Star Award at a screening of Sinners.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Zoey Deutch will receive the Breakthrough Performance Award at a screening of Nouvelle Vague.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Joel Edgerton will receive the Vanguard Award at a screening of Train Dreams.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Mark Hamill will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award at a screening of The Life of Chuck.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Oscar Isaac will receive the Icon Award at a screening of Frankenstein.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Dylan O\u2019Brien will receive the Lumiere Award at a screening of Twinless.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Benny Safdie will receive the Maverick Director Award at a screening of The Smashing Machine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Tessa Thompson will receive the Distinguished Performance Award at a screening of Hedda.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \u201cThe 2025 SCAD Savannah Film Festival brings together a constellation of cinematic luminaries whose work has captivated audiences and shaped the cultural landscape,\u201d said Christina Routhier, Senior Executive Director of the SCAD Savannah Film Festival. \u201cFrom visionary directors to the most compelling performances of the season, these honorees exemplify the artistry that define today\u2019s moviemaking.
