New footage has been released of Morgan Wallen\u2019s<\/strong> arrest from April 2024 after he tossed a chair off of a Nashville bar<\/a> \u2014 and the country singer can be seen making a phone call to a friend to help with the situation.<\/p>\n \u201cThese motherf**kers are trying to take me to jail outside of your f**king bar,\u201d Wallen, 32, slurred into a cell phone in a video shared by the Daily Mail<\/em><\/a> on Wednesday, October 1.<\/p>\n Later on in the clip, it showed the \u201cThought You Should Know\u201d singer being placed into the back of a police cruiser as he told someone out of the view of the camera: \u201cI ain\u2019t done nothin\u2019 wrong.\u201d<\/p>\n Wallen was later charged with three felonies shortly after his April 7, 2024, arrest, and he addressed the incident on X<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI didn\u2019t feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks. I\u2019ve touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief\u2019s,\u201d Wallen wrote on April 19, 2024. \u201cI\u2019m not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI have the utmost respect for the officers working every day to keep us all safe,\u201d he added in a separate message<\/a>. \u201cRegarding my tour, there will be no change. -MW\u201d<\/p>\n The three felony charges were eventually dropped to two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment, and Wallen pleaded guilty in December 2024.
