Mariah Carey reluctantly responded to her long-standing feud with Eminem during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live<\/em> last night.<\/p>\n Host Andy Cohen enlisted the pop diva for a game of \u201cPlead The Fifth!,\u201d where she could opt to remain silent on one of the three questions he asked her. First, Cohen inquired how much money Carey makes off of \u201cAll I Want for Christmas Is You,\u201d a query that she gracefully dodged. He subsequently referenced her on several songs, including \u201cWhen the Music Stops\u201d and \u201cSuperman.\u201d In 2002, Carey seemingly referenced the situation on her song \u201cClown,\u201d singing, \u201cYou should\u2019ve never intimated we were lovers\/ When you know very well we never even touched each other.\u201d<\/p>\n In 2006, Eminem reignited the feud on \u201cJimmy Crack Corn,\u201d which included the lyrics \u201cYour mind\u2019s on us like mine\u2019s on Mariah\/ And y\u2019all are just like her, you\u2019re all fucking liars.\u201d He also called out her and then-husband Cannon on \u201cBagpipes From Baghdad.\u201d Cannon replied to the song in a since-deleted blog post, writing, \u201cI thought we got past the days where white men could spew vulgar obscenities at our beautiful queens and get away with it.\u201d<\/p>\n In 2009, Eminem dropped \u201cThe Warning,\u201d<\/a> a track that completely eviscerated Carey after she dressed up like a joke Shady and\u00a0mocked him in her \u201cObsessed\u201d video<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019m\u00a0obsessed\u00a0now? Oh gee, is that supposed to be me in the video with the goatee,\u201d Eminem rapped on the song. \u201cWow Mariah, I didn\u2019t expect her to go balls out. He claimed he introduced her to Eminem and recalled the rapper wanting to cast Carey in 8 Mile<\/em>, released in 2002. He said Eminem wanted her to play his character\u2019s mother despite only being four years older than him.
