\u201cWho is his decorator?\u201d Colbert wondered. \u201cI\u2019m gonna say Scrooge McDuck smoking bath salts.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Colbert showed off before and after pics of the Oval Office, first noting how traditional and understated it looked under former President Joe Biden<\/a>: <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

But Trump didn\u2019t just add gold.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

He added lots and lots of gold, as seen in this image taken just last week: <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cTrump can\u2019t stop boasting about how much people love the new look,\u201d Colbert said, then rolled a clip of the president bragging about his makeover. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cPeople come, kings and queens and the biggest business people in the world, most important people in the world, and they look at this and they say, \u2018Wow. That\u2019s the Oval Office,\u2019\u201d Trump said. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

But Colbert noted that didn\u2019t quite sound like a compliment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
