Alexis Wilkins made headlines recently when she opened up in a Fox News interview about her claim that music execs told her to remove the American Flag from her social media.<\/p>\n

Wilkins claimed she was also told to be careful about which veteran organizations she supported because she could be seen as \u201cpartisan.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThe industry and some figureheads in the industry were just saying that me having an American Flag in my bio was going to be seen as partisan,\u201d she said. \u201cIt was things that were fundamentally American and things that I wasn\u2019t willing to compromise on.\u201d<\/p>\n
If Wilkins\u2019 name already sounded familiar, it might be from her career in country music. The 26-year-old is working on things there, but she also has a very famous political tie. According to multiple reports, she is the girlfriend of current FBI Director Kash Patel. <\/p>\n
