Jon Bon Jovi<\/strong> is switching up his r\u00e9sum\u00e9, revealing that his bar in Nashville, Tennessee, is up for sale with a whopping listing price just more than one year after he was opened.<\/p>\n Real Estate company Surmount CRE announced that JBJ\u2019s Nashville is on the market in a Facebook post<\/a> shared on Wednesday, October 1. “We\u2019re proud to present the tallest bar on Nashville\u2019s Lower Broadway: Jon Bon Jovi\u2019s \u2013 Nashville,\u201d the company wrote, revealing that the building has been listed for $130,000,000 listing.<\/p>\n JBJ\u2019s Nashville is located in the heart of downtown Nashville\u2019s iconic Lower Broadway entertainment district at 405 Broadway. The building spans 36,767 square feet, making it the second-largest venue on Lower Broadway. Additionally, the listing stated that the venue is \u201cstructured as a 20-year [triple-net] NNN sale-leaseback with 2 percent annual rental increases.\u201d<\/p>\n “This is a truly generational chance to own a trophy asset in one of America\u2019s busiest entertainment corridors,” the real estate company added the prospective buyers.<\/p>\n JBJ’s Nashville had its grand opening in June 2024. This is where all kinds of musical styles have come together for decades now. It’s a place that we’re very familiar with. We’ve done several albums here. So many of our big hits were written here, and now we have a place to call home. So it’s a little bit of New Jersey on the strip in Nashville,” he told Backstage Country<\/a>.<\/p>\n He also revealed he has many fond memories of Nashville, including when his band wrote the track “I Love This Town” featured on their 2007 album Lost Highway<\/a>.<\/p>\n “I remember having a burger and a beer across the street on a Sunday morning, and one of the three of us said, ‘I love this town.’ And I went, check, please. We went home and when we wrote the song.
