Hayley Williams Reveals Morgan Wallen Is the \u201cRacist Country Singer\u201d She Refers to in New Song<\/p>\n

Hayley Williams<\/strong> isn\u2019t one to name names, but <\/span>Morgan Wa<\/strong>llen<\/strong> is among the only exceptions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After the <\/span>Paramore<\/strong> frontwoman released her song \u201cEgo Death at a Bachelorette Party,\u201d which includes the lyrics, \u201cI\u2019ll be the biggest star at this racist country singer\u2019s bar,\u201d she confirmed that the line is, in fact, calling out the \u201cI Had Some Help\u201d singer and his This Bar in Nashville.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt could be a couple,\u201d Williams posited about the possible country singer reference on a Sept. 30 episode of <\/span>The New York Times<\/span><\/em>\u2019 <\/span>Popcast<\/span><\/em><\/a> podcast<\/a>, before noting, \u201cbut I\u2019m always talking about Morgan Wallen, I don\u2019t give a s–t.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

She went on to dare the \u201cLast Night\u201d singer to raise conflict with her, cheekily adding, \u201cFind me at Whole Foods <\/span>b–h, I don\u2019t care.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

E! News has reached out to reps for Wallen regarding Williams\u2019 comments but has not yet heard back.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course, Williams isn\u2019t the only music star to come out of Nashville to slam Wallen\u2019s past racist behavior. Country stars <\/span>Kelsea Ballerini<\/strong><\/a> and <\/span>Maren Morris <\/strong>previously slammed <\/span>The Voice <\/span><\/em>alum when a video surfaced of him saying the N-word in 2021.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
