Chrissy Teigen<\/a> is in the mood to reminisce!<\/p>\nThe model and cookbook author, 39, shared two Instagram Stories videos on Wednesday, Oct. 1, featuring her daughter Esti <\/a>and son Wren<\/a>, both now two, as newborns.<\/p>\nThe first clip featured little Esti in a red sleepsuit and bib as her off-camera mom could be heard saying, \u201cHi baby Esti, hi.\u201d The tot then sweetly sneezed, which caused her to topple off her mom\u2019s lap as Teigen reassured her, \u201cIt\u2019s all right.\u201d<\/p>\n
The second story was taken in the hospital just after Wren\u2019s birth<\/a> and features him being burped by a nurse as Teigen can be heard saying, \u201cNice job!\u201d She then adds to her singer-songwriter husband, John Legend<\/a>, 46, \u201cOh my gosh, John, he looks just like our babies.\u201d<\/p>\nHer comment references the fact that little Wren was born via surrogate<\/a>. Teigen explained that the couple learned that Alexandra was pregnant with Wren “as we crept toward the safe zone of my own pregnancy” with daughter Esti.<\/p>\n
“We ate hot pot to celebrate, watched Vanderpump Rules<\/em> with our growing bellies, our families blending into one for the past year,” she recalled of sharing the experience of pregnancy with Alexandra.<\/p>\n“Just minutes before midnight on June 19th, I got to witness the most beautiful woman, my friend, our surrogate, give birth amidst a bit of chaos, but with strength and pure joy and love,\u201d she added in a social media post about the birth. She went on to thank Alexandra for the \u201cincredible gift\u201d of Wren.<\/p>\n
