Klay Thompson<\/a> wants to keep his relationship with Megan Thee Stallion<\/a> private after going official<\/a> with the three-time Grammy winner in July.<\/p>\n

The Dallas Mavericks<\/a> star held a media conference on Tuesday (September 30), where a reporter asked how Thompson has found “balance” over the summer and how his relationship has made him “better as a man on and off the floor.”<\/p>\n

“My relationship with?” Thompson probed, to which the reporter clarified that he was asking about Megan.<\/p>\n

“I’m not going to talk about that, but I will say every summer hasn’t changed for me,” Thompson replied. “Because I know what it takes to go the distance and there’s really no such thing as an off-season.”<\/p>\n

Although he dodged discussing the “Whenever”<\/a> artist, Thompson was all smiles with his girlfriend throughout the summer, mainly at sporting events<\/a>, and publicly declared that he’s “in love” with Megan during a golf date<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The couple was first publicly spotted together during Megan’s inaugural Pete & Thomas Foundation gala<\/a>, where Thompson told Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> that he was “honored” to support his new girlfriend.<\/p>\n

“She has never been put in a box, or allowed herself to be in a box, and she just continues to inspire so many people around the world,” he told the outlet.<\/p>\n
