show host<\/a>, 67, wants to \u201crevive her Hollywood career,\u201d the <em>Arrested Development<\/em> alum, 52, is \u201cthe one to watch\u201d regardless of \u201cwhat she\u2019s said publicly about returning to acting.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The source reveals that while the public perception is that \u201cEllen was the one who coaxed Portia to put her acting career on hold,\u201d that\u2019s not the case.<\/p>\n<p>De Rossi announced she was done with acting in 2018 during an appearance on <em>The Ellen DeGeneres Show<\/em>, however she made several appearances on season 5 of<em> Arrested
