Robert Irwin <\/strong>is still reeling from his rogue Dancing With the Stars<\/em> moment. The Australian conservationist made headlines during TikTok night when he tore off his glittery blue shirt during his \u201cMillion Dollar Baby\u201d salsa with partner Witney Carson<\/strong>. The duo scored an impressive 22 out of 30 points and set social media on fire.<\/p>\n Irwin, 21, shared a clip of the dance to Instagram<\/a> where he told fans it was \u201cso much FUN to let loose and show a different side\u201d of himself with the dance. He also thanked Carson for helping him find his \u201cinner cool.\u201d<\/p>\n But he also offered a sheepish apology to his mom, Terri, and older sister Bindi, who watched his racy moves from the DWTS audience.<\/p>\n Speaking with ABC7<\/a> in a post-show interview, Irwin joked, \u201cWe thought we’d take it easy on the costume department tonight and just go as few clothes as possible.”<\/p>\n After explaining that he just \u201cwanted to bring out cool Robert\u201d with the dance, he addressed his mom and sister watching the sizzling routine from the ballroom. \u201cMy whole family were in the audience,\u201d he said. \u201c’Sorry, guys, sorry about that!”<\/p>\n In a separate interview, Irwin told Entertainment Tonight<\/em><\/a> his family members were given a heads-up that he might take off his shirt, but nothing more.<\/p>\n \u201cMy mom and sister were in the audience, and they didn’t know I was doing that,\u201d he said. \u201cI said the shirt may come off, but they weren’t expecting, like, the hips.\u201d<\/p>\n Carson admitted she had some regrets about showcasing Irwin\u2019s six-pack, for fear he\u2019d get distracted by all of the DMs he\u2019s received. The pro dancer told ET<\/em>, \u201cI had so many moments of regret. I was like, did I make the right choice taking his shirt off?”<\/p>\n \u201cGirls. Let’s take it down a little,\u201d the ballroom pro added.<\/p>\n In an interview with <\/a>Extra<\/a>,<\/em> Irwin revealed that the idea to remove his shirt came from both him and Carson. He also didn\u2019t rule out a redo.<\/p>\n \u201cI mean, it’s TikTok week. We got to take the RIZZ to another level. No cap,\u201d he said. \u201cI want to take people on a journey in this experience and really just pump out some positivity and enjoy and let loose. And part of that is finding that cool side and kind of owning every side of who you are. So, it was so much fun. And you know what?
