Paramore frontwoman <\/span>Hayley Williams<\/span><\/a> named <\/span>Morgan Wallen<\/span><\/a> on Wednesday as the \u201cracist country singer\u201d she mentioned in her latest solo album, and her fans are cheering on her bluntness.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cI\u2019ll be the biggest star \/ At this racist country singer\u2019s bar,\u201d the pop-punk star sang on her recent <\/strong>track \u201cEgo Death at a Bachelorette Party.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Williams confirmed<\/a> on The New York Times\u2019 podcast \u201c<\/span>Popcast\u201d <\/span>that the line referred to Wallen, who was <\/span>captured on video<\/span><\/a> using a racial slur with his friends in 2021. He later apologized<\/a>, and his sales <\/span>surged<\/span><\/a> after the incident. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Wallen was also mocked earlier this year for abruptly walking off<\/a> the \u201cSaturday Night Live<\/a>\u201d stage early, then posting \u201cGet me to God\u2019s Country\u201d on his Instagram story.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Williams told \u201cPopcast\u201d about wanting to leave Nashville in the wake of Donald Trump<\/a>\u2019s reelection. She acknowledged that the reference in her song could apply to \u201ca couple\u201d people, but she noted: \u201cI\u2019m always talking about Morgan Wallen, and I don\u2019t give a shit.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cFind me at Whole Foods, bitch,\u201d she added. \u201cI don\u2019t care.
