Anuel AA<\/a> is being sued by a man alleging he was assaulted by the rapper and singer at Universal Orlando earlier this year.<\/p>\n Fernando D\u00e1vila claimed in his suit that he was “violently attacked and beaten” by Anuel and members of his entourage in an “unprovoked incident” at the water park Volcano Bay on April 25, according to ElCalce<\/a>. D\u00e1vila alleges his mother and youngest daughter witnessed the alleged assault, causing them severe emotional trauma.<\/p>\n The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in compensatory and punitive damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, medical expenses, loss of income, and general suffering.
