Taylor Swift has told us herself that she is a mastermind, and her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl<\/a><\/em>, is further proof.<\/p>\n

In several of her tracks\u2014like \u201cElizabeth Taylor,\u201d \u201cOpalite,\u201d \u201cHoney,\u201d \u201cWood,\u201d and \u201cEldest Daughter\u201d\u2014the record-breaking singer swoons about her relationship with fianc\u00e9 Travis Kelce<\/a>, and makes more than a few confident nods to their long future together ahead. In different lyrics, she references an engagement ring<\/a>, an upcoming wedding, and even children.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll the right guys promised they\u2019d stay,\u201d she sings in \u201cElizabeth Taylor,\u201d adding, \u201cIf you ever leave me high and dry, I\u2019d cry my eyes… like Elizabeth Taylor \/ Tell me for real, do you think it\u2019s forever?\u201d In the track, she also references the saying \u201cdiamonds are forever,\u201d and pleads: \u201cDon\u2019t you ever end up anything but mine.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOpalite\u201d seems to have been inspired by Kelce\u2019s birthstone, the opal, and in the song, Swift sings about how the skies are no longer dark, but rather have an opal rainbow glow now that he is in her life. In \u201cHoney,\u201d she similarly talks about how whenever people referred to her as honey<\/em> or sweetheart<\/em> before, they didn\u2019t mean it as a compliment, but Kelce does. \u201cYou can call me honey if you want because I\u2019m the one you want,\u201d she sings. \u201cYou give it different meaning because you mean it when you talk.\u201d<\/p>\n

She then adds, pointing to their future together, \u201cI\u2019m home, we can play house,\u201d and adds, \u201cWhat\u2019s the plan? \/ You can be my forever night stand.\u201d<\/p>\n

The NFL star proposed to Swift<\/a> hours after she appeared on his New Heights<\/em> podcast<\/a> in August to announce the release of The Life of a Showgirl<\/em>. By then, the album had long been completed, as the singer disclosed that she wrote it during her Eras Tour. So all this time, she had to have known Kelce would be her endgame.<\/p>\n

In \u201cEldest Daughter,\u201d Swift explains how being her parents\u2019 first child, with a younger brother to guide, has made her a people-pleaser, but also endlessly loyal to those she loves. \u201cWhen you found me, I said I was busy, that was lie \/ I have been afflicted by a terminal uniqueness \/ I\u2019ve been dying just from trying to seem cool \/ But I\u2019m not a bad bitch and this isn\u2019t savage \/ but I\u2019m never gonna let you down, I\u2019m never gonna leave you,\u201c she sings promising to be faithful.<\/p>\n

She even makes a nod to her future wedding vows, singing, \u201cSo many traitors, smooth operators \/ but I\u2019m never gonna break that vow, I\u2019m never gonna leave you now.\u201d And then there is the lyric that seals the deal: \u201cWhen I said I don\u2019t believe in marriage, that was a lie.\u201d<\/p>\n

But \u201cWood\u201d might be the most romantic and steamy of her new songs. A love-struck Swift sings that while she used to be superstitious, Kelce broke the \u201ccurse\u201d some evil magic being had put on her, and she now feels so sure about their love that she \u201cain\u2019t got to knock on wood\u201d to know they\u2019ll be okay.<\/p>\n

\u201cSeems to me that you and me we make our own luck,\u201d she sings. \u201cIt\u2019s you and me forever, dancing in the dark.\u201d<\/p>\n

Not only does she reference their sex life (\u201clove was the key that opened my thighs\u201d) but she also makes it clear she is ready to marry him. Swift sings, \u201cI don\u2019t need to catch the bouquet to know a hard rock is on the way.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift\u2019s biggest reveal, though, came not in all the marriage references, but in the song \u201cWish List,\u201d in which she admits that all she wants it to build a life and raise a family with her husband-to-be. She sings, \u201cHave a couple kids, got the whole block looking like you \/ We tell the world to leave us the fuck alone and they do \/ Got me dreaming \u2019bout a driveway with a basketball hoop.\u201d<\/p>\n
