Paramount+<\/a> has released the first trailer for Season 2 of its hit Taylor Sheridan series<\/a>, Landman. <\/em>Co-created by Sheridan and Christian Wallace, Season 2 of the series stars Billy Bob Thornton, Demi Moore, Andy Garcia, Sam Elliott, Ali Larter, Jacob Lofland, Michelle Randolph, Paula Ch\u00e1vez, Kayla Wallace, Mark Collie, James Jordan and Colm Feore.<\/p>\n

Per the series logline, \u201cSet in the boomtowns of West Texas, Landman<\/em> is a modern tale of fortune seeking amongst roughnecks and wildcat billionaires \u2013 fueling an oil boom so big it\u2019s reshaping the climate, the economy and geopolitics.\u201d<\/p>\n

What do we know about the plot of \u2018Landman\u2019 Season 2?<\/h2>\n

As for Season 2 specifically, here\u2019s the description:<\/p>\n

In Season Two, as oil rises from the earth, so do secrets \u2013 and Tommy Norris\u2019s (Thornton) breaking point may be closer than he realizes. Facing mounting pressure from M-Tex Oil, Cami Miller (Moore), and the shadow of his kin, survival in West Texas isn\u2019t noble \u2013 it\u2019s brutal. And sooner or later something\u2019s got to break.<\/em><\/p>\n

As we saw at the end of Season 1, it set up Moore\u2019s character of Cami to have a much bigger role<\/a> in Season 2 after the death of her husband, Monty (Jon Hamm). In the Season 2 trailer, when Thornton\u2019s Tommy asks Cami why doesn\u2019t she just let him \u201csell this thing,\u201d she responds, \u201cI want success. Get it for me.\u201d<\/p>\n
