Taylor Swift reacted to her 12th album, <\/a>\u201cThe Life of a Showgirl,\u201d leaking on the internet hours before its official Friday, Oct. 3 release. <\/p>\n The pop star, 35, \u201cliked\u201d an Instagram reel<\/a> by the Guyset Podcast about the leaks.<\/p>\n \u201cApparently Taylor Swift\u2019s album leaked and that\u2019s f\u2013ked,\u201d host Josh Felgoise said in his video. \u201cThere\u2019s less than 24 hours to go until the album drops. You can\u2019t wait a little longer? Like, no, no! That is one thing I will never do. You\u2019ll never catch me listening to a leak of an album.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s messed up,\u201d he continued. \u201cI wanna listen to it the way it was intended. Like, I wanna listen to it with full production. I don\u2019t need to know anything early. I wanna listen to it the way that it\u2019s supposed to happen. I like all the theorizing. I like all the predictions of what\u2019s gonna happen, what\u2019s it going to sound like, what\u2019s she gonna say, what\u2019s the blah blah. I like that stuff. That makes this fun!\u201d<\/p>\n Felgoise added: \u201cThat\u2019s all part of the fun. Don\u2019t ruin the fun. Don\u2019t ruin the party. Why do people feel the need to ruin the party?\u201d <\/p>\n The content creator noted that he was \u201clate to the party\u201d regarding his fandom, explaining that he became a Swiftie when she put out her eighth album, \u201cFolklore,\u201d<\/a> in 2020.<\/p>\n \u201cBut you\u2019re never gonna catch me showing up late to the party and then ruining it for everybody else,\u201d Felgoise said. \u201cThat would never be me. That\u2019s messed up.\u201d<\/p>\n Felgoise later shared a follow-up video<\/a> reacting to Swift \u201cliking\u201d his oroginal clip. <\/p>\n \u201cThis has to be the most insane thing that has happened, he said. \u201cHoly sh-t, what are you talking about? Hey Taylor! This is insane, oh my god. Her album is coming out in an hour. I\u2019m excited. I can\u2019t f\u2014ing wait.\u201d<\/p>\n Swift\u2019s 12-track album<\/a> leaked Thursday after some fans seemingly received their physical copies. <\/p>\n The Grammy Award winner made \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl\u201d with producers Max Martin\u00a0and\u00a0Shellback. The album features a song with Sabrina Carpenter.<\/p>\n Swift announced her latest record<\/a> on her fianc\u00e9 Travis\u00a0Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce\u2019s podcast,\u00a0\u201cNew Heights,\u201d\u00a0<\/a>in August. <\/p>\n \u201cIt was really special,\u201d she said about making the album. \u201cIt meant the world to me to have this creative experience where we knew we had to bring the best ideas we\u2019ve ever had. I also know the pressure I\u2019m putting on this record by saying that, but I don\u2019t care because I love it that much.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
