Annie Davis is hurt by some of her \u201cSurvivor\u201d tribemates. <\/p>\n

The 49-year-old musician spoke to The Post after her Season 49 <\/a>elimination aired Wednesday and admitted that she was blindsided by \u201cthe negative stuff\u201d that Jeremiah Ing and Sophi Balerdi said behind her back.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy bossiness\u2026 I own my bossiness. I am a CEO, I own a company, I front a rock band. I have bossiness baked into my DNA that is hard to shed,\u201d Davis explained. \u201cBut it comes from such a place of love.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou know, I came onto this thing knowing that I\u2019m not going to be the strongest, I\u2019m not going to be the smartest. I\u2019m a tiny little 50 year old lady,\u201d she continued. \u201cThey\u2019re already going to look at me as the outlier old lady. But I can work hard and I can struggle, and I can do physical stuff to help the tribe. So that was my thought going in, is I\u2019m going to do everything I can to help build a shelter and find food and do all of the physical stuff, because that I can contribute.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSo when I heard them talking about how bossy they thought I was and how \u2018she\u2019s just telling me what to do all the time,\u2019 it kind of broke my heart a little bit, because all I was trying to do was help the tribe,\u201d Davis said. \u201cI was in no way trying to be a dictator and tell people what to do.\u201d<\/p>\n

Davis also reacted to seeing Balerdi call her a \u201cKaren\u201d on the show.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cIf anything, it was a little bit funny because now we know each other in the real world, and she\u2019s like, \u2018I can\u2019t believe I said that about you. Like all the people, you\u2019re the least Karen type of person that I\u2019ve ever met,’\u201d Davis told The Post. \u201cSo it was really funny.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe all got to watch the very first episode as a cast, so when she called me a Karen, there was just this big like, \u2018What?’\u201d the Portland native recalled. \u201cThe whole cast was like, \u2018Oh my God.\u2019 So it was actually kind of a funny moment.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou just got to make light of it all. It\u2019s just a game,\u201d Davis added. \u201cNobody knew each other. It hurt for a moment, and then it was just kind of funny.\u201d<\/p>\n
