Prince William has provided a rare update on the condition of his wife Kate Middleton after her recent cancer battle.<\/a><\/p>\n The royal appears in an upcoming episode of Eugene Levy\u2019s The Reluctant Traveler where he discusses the Princess of Wales<\/a> and confirms that she is currently cancer-free, as he admits her improved health is very welcome, stating, \u201cIt\u2019s great news.\u201d<\/p>\n Eugene also quizzes the Prince of Wales<\/a> on the state of his father King Charles’ health and his progress with his own cancer diagnosis and ongoing health battle.<\/a><\/p>\n William divulges that \u201cthings are good,\u201d for his father, adding that, \u201ceverything is progressing in the right way, which is all good news.\u201d<\/p>\n In the Apple TV+ show, William, 43, recalls the turmoil he and his family have been through since Kate\u2019s cancer diagnosis and the toll it has taken on them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The episode, which premieres Friday, sees him confessing, \u201cYou maybe think to yourself, \u2018It won\u2019t happen to us, we\u2019ll be OK.\u201d<\/p>\n He continues, \u201cBecause I think everyone has a positive outlook, you\u2019ve got to be positive. But when it does happen to you, then it takes you into some pretty not great places.\u201d<\/p>\n Charles most recent update on his health as he continues to battle his undisclosed cancer saw him admit he was \u201cnot [doing] too bad.\u201d<\/p>\n Kate completed her chemotherapy in September 2024, before announcing in January 2025 that she was in remission from the disease.<\/p>\n She said in a lengthy statement, \u201cI remain focused on recovery.
