Aaron Phyphers<\/a> wants money from his joint account with estranged wife Denise Richards<\/a> as their split has gotten rockier.<\/p>\n In July, the actress filed a restraining order against Phyphers, who she’s been married to for seven years, accusing the actor of physical and verbal abuse. Phyphers returned by claiming that Richards cheated on him. The couple star on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills <\/em>and have both denied each other’s accusations.<\/p>\n But in a new TMZ report<\/a>, Phyphers claimed that he no longer has access to his joint account with Richards, which he desperately needs $150,000 from to avoid becoming homeless.
