Jon Stewart has recently escaped the public wrath of President Donald Trump<\/a>, unlike his rival late-night hosts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

And \u201cThe Daily Show\u201d host thinks he knows why.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Stewart was asked on the latest episode of \u201cThe Weekly Show\u201d podcast why Trump \u201chasn\u2019t tried to cancel you\u201d like he has Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel, Seth Meyers and Jimmy Fallon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cThere\u2019s no question. It\u2019s a function of relevance. I don\u2019t think we are on the radar,\u201d Stewart replied.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Stewart recalled his historical \u201cexperiences\u201d of late-night \u201ctweet fights\u201d with the now-president, most notably when Trump posted in 2013 that the comedian was \u201ca pussy,\u201d a moment that Stewart said he took \u201cgreat pride\u201d in.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s absurd to even think about it,\u201d Stewart admitted of the online clash, noting it was \u201cobviously\u201d before then-reality TV personality Trump \u201cwas the commander-in-chief of the United States.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
