Eugene Levy<\/strong><\/a> got real with Prince William<\/strong><\/a> about his life and plan as the next king of England on The Reluctant Traveler<\/em><\/a> \u2014 but what about the royal\u2019s dynamic with brother Prince Harry<\/strong><\/a>?<\/p>\n

Levy, 78, revealed whether he was allowed to ask William, 43, about any topic while filming the Apple TV+ series, telling ITV News<\/em><\/a> there weren\u2019t any rules.<\/p>\n

\u201cWere you ever told you couldn\u2019t ask questions, for example, about Harry and Meghan [Markle]<\/strong><\/a>? Did you find that was just something you didn\u2019t want to go near?\u201d the reporter asked Levy in an interview that aired on Thursday, October 2.<\/p>\n

Levy shared, \u201cI was not told I couldn\u2019t ask anything, but it wasn\u2019t really, you know, up to me, to get into that.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tPrince William made a rare comment about his estranged brother, Prince Harry, during an appearance on Eugene Levy\u2019s Apple TV+ series, The Reluctant Traveler.\u00a0 The latest episode shows Levy, 78, asking William, 43, how he feels knowing that his eldest son, Prince George, will become king one day. \u201cIt\u2019s an interesting question, and it\u2019s a [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The actor, who has been hosting the travel series for three seasons, confessed, \u201cI had no interest in asking him about that, because it was, you know, [a] very delicate issue and certainly not up to me to get into it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Levy explained, \u201cI think there were other things, you know, I could lead the conversation to that might be interesting for him and interesting for the world to hear, but that was something I wasn\u2019t necessarily interested in getting into.\u201d<\/p>\n

William and Harry, 41, have been estranged for years, which reached a fever pitch in 2020 when Harry and his wife, Meghan, 44, stepped back from their senior royal duties. Once the couple relocated from the U.K. to the U.S. that same year, the physical and emotional distance<\/a> between the two siblings became even more clear.<\/p>\n

In January 2023, Harry detailed some of his troubles with William in his tell-all memoir, Spare<\/em><\/a>, including an alleged physical fight<\/a> that transpired between the brothers over Meghan.<\/p>\n

In the book, Harry claimed that William called Meghan \u201cdifficult\u201d and \u201crude\u201d while at his home in 2019, which led to an altercation. Despite their estrangement, Harry told ITV<\/em> at the time that he would \u201clike to have my brother back\u201d amid their family feud.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tPrince Harry\u2018s relationship with his relatives is complex and complicated. Harry is the youngest son of King Charles III and the late Princess Diana. As children, he and his older brother, Prince William, seemed inseparable, but as they got older, cracks began to form in their relationship. \u201cThere\u2019s always been a part of Harry that [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While Harry has reunited with his father, King Charles III<\/strong><\/a>, over the past few years during visits to England \u2014 even though they too have been at odds for years \u2014 his relationship with William hasn\u2019t seemed to warm up.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think that Harry\u2019s relationship with his brother is a different beast than his relationship with his father,\u201d royal expert Kristen Meinzer<\/strong> exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> in August. \u201cBut perhaps if Charles warms more to Harry, William will feel compelled to follow his lead.\u201d<\/p>\n

A source, however, told Us<\/em> at the time that \u201cWilliam doesn\u2019t talk about Harry anymore\u201d and he is reportedly \u201cdone\u201d with his brother.<\/p>\n

During William\u2019s chat with Levy during The Reluctant Traveler<\/em>, in which the two shared a pint and toured Windsor Castle, William did reference his younger brother. He also briefly talked about family in general.<\/p>\n
