The Life of a Showgirl<\/em>, the 12th studio album from Taylor Swift<\/a>, has arrived.<\/p>\n Swift not only confirmed the arrival of the 12-track album during her Guinness World Record appearance<\/a> on her fianc\u00e9 Travis<\/a> and Jason Kelce<\/a>‘s New Heights<\/em> podcast<\/a>, but she also unveiled the album cover, and announced the release date.<\/p>\n Taylor divulged on the podcast that she was working on The Life of a Showgirl<\/em> during the European leg of The Eras Tour<\/a>.<\/p>\n COMPLEX SHOP:<\/b> Shop the brands you love, anytime and anywhere. I’d have three days off,” she recalled. “I’d fly to Sweden, go back to the tour, and actually, like, working on this: I was physically exhausted at this point in the tour, but I was so mentally stimulated and so excited to be creating.”<\/p>\n “Literally living the life of a showgirl,” Travis commented, to which Swift quipped, “I was. That’s why I called it that.
