I heard he won\u2019t be able to make it, \ud83e\udd37 I\u2019m available! \ud83d\ude06,” he posted in the caption to an artist sketch of Diddy’s teary reaction in the courtroom.<\/p>\n The sentencing comes after Diddy was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was also fined $500,000. Diddy has been behind bars for 13 months.<\/p>\n Before his sentencing, Diddy spoke for some 12 minutes<\/a> and begged for mercy. Following his conviction earlier this year in July, the Get Rich or Die Trying<\/em> rapper took to social media and bestowed Diddy with a wild new nickname.<\/p>\n \u201cDiddy beat the Rio, that boy a bad man!\u201d 50 Cent wrote in his caption, which included a few clapping hands emojis. \u201cHe like the Gay John Gotti.\u201d<\/p>\n The caption references Diddy\u2019s racketeering charge, an indictment typically leveled against members of organized crime syndicates like gangs or the mafia.
