Thomas Skinner has become the first contestant to be eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing.<\/p>\n

The former Apprentice contestant and Amy Dowden, his professional partner, were defeated in Sunday\u2019s dance-off by former England rugby player Chris Robshaw<\/a> and his partner Nadiya Bychkova, after both pairs performed their dances from Saturday night<\/a> for a second time.<\/p>\n

Speaking about his time on Strictly<\/a>, Skinner, 34, said: \u201cI\u2019ve loved it. I\u2019ve never danced before and my stay was short, but Amy\u2019s amazing.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s been great fun and I\u2019ve enjoyed it. I can\u2019t really dance that well but I\u2019ve had fun! Thank you, Amy \u2013 sorry that we haven\u2019t done too good, \u2018cause you\u2019re a different class.\u201d<\/p>\n

Skinner, who has built a following on social media<\/a>, caused controversy after admitting to cheating on his wife weeks after their wedding in an interview with The Sun.<\/p>\n

He also previously apologised for picking up a journalist\u2019s phone<\/a> and walking out of a press event for Strictly midway through.<\/p>\n
