Prince William<\/a><\/strong> has opened up about his childhood with his brother, Prince Harry<\/a><\/strong>. The duo has often been in the news due to their \u201croyal rift.\u201d Recently, the Prince of Wales appeared on Apple TV+\u2019s travel show, \u201cThe Reluctant Traveler\u201d. Soon, he recalled the challenges he and Prince Harry faced during their childhood.<\/p>\n During an episode of \u201cThe Reluctant Traveler\u201d, Prince William shared his and Prince Harry\u2019s childhood struggles and how he wishes to protect his son, Prince George<\/span>. The Prince of Wales was asked about his son becoming the king someday. To which, he replied, \u201cIt\u2019s an interesting question and it\u2019s a big question that one.\u201d He further added, \u201cthere are lots of things to think about with that.\u201d<\/p>\n However, William wishes \u201cto create a world in which my son is proud of what we do, a world and a job that actually does impact people\u2019s lives for the better.\u201d The 43-year-old stated, \u201cThat is caveated with, I hope we don\u2019t go back to some of the practices in the past, that Harry and I had to grow up in.\u201d He also shared that he will \u201cdo everything I can to make sure we don\u2019t regress in that situation.\u201d<\/p>\n William was also asked about his wish for his kids to lead a \u201cnormal home life.\u201d He answered that the influence started with his late mother, Princess Diana. He explained that it is \u201creally important that that atmosphere is created at home.\u201d \u201cYou have to have that warmth, that feeling of safety, security, love.\u201d The royal continued, \u201cThat all has to be there, and that was certainly part of my childhood.
