\n\tLetterkenny<\/a> <\/em>producer New Metric Media<\/a> has invested in Kent Alterman<\/a> and Sarah Babineau\u2019s Good Walk Entertainment<\/a>. The funding will be used to grow the indie label founded by former Comedy Central execs. New Metric and Good Walk will also partner on comedy projects as part of a non-exclusive partnership.<\/p>\n \n\tGood Walk\u2019s previously announced shows include Off Color<\/em> for Prime Video and Forklift <\/em>for NBC<\/a> and its slate includes projects with creator\/showrunners including Owen Thiele, Brian Gallivan, llana Glazer and Chris Estrada among others. Toronto-based New Metric, meanwhile, produces shows including Letterkenny <\/em>and Shoresy<\/em>. It has two new half-hour comedies in the works, Hate the Player: The Ben Johnson Story<\/em> and I Kill the Bear<\/a><\/em>, the new series from Letterkenny<\/em> creator, Jared Keeso.<\/p>\n \n\tThe non-exclusive strategic partnership between the two companies covers co-productions, service work, distribution, packaging, financing, and brand extensions such as live events and gaming.<\/p>\n \n\tGood Walk and New Metric said they already have several projects that they are preparing to take out to buyers.
