He\u2019s wildly popular, but for a lot of folks, they have said, it should be someone else.\u201d<\/p>\n Following the NFL\u2019s announcement that Bad Bunny will be the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show headliner, Homeland Security adviser Corey Lewandowski stated that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents would be present at the Super Bowl.<\/a> The rapper chose not to perform his Deb\u00ed Tirar M\u00e1s Fotos World Tour in the states, with his only U.S. performances in his homeland of Puerto Rico in protest against ICE. The Super Bowl will be his only state performance as he has taken his tour globally.<\/p>\n \u201cBut why? I don\u2019t understand that. He\u2019s one of the top artists in the world right now, probably the top,\u201d Lopez reacted to Melvin\u2019s answer.<\/p>\n \u201cIt could be a lot of different people. That\u2019s the thing. I\u2019m super excited for people to see him,\u201d she added. \u201cI think they\u2019ll be pleasantly surprised because his music transcends language. It\u2019s amazing what he\u2019s done.
