Britney Spears<\/span><\/strong> has revealed that she was injured<\/strong> after suffering a fall from a staircase. In a new Instagram video, the pop star appeared in the clip wearing a pink glittery dress and a knee brace while dancing inside her home. She shared that she hurt her leg, calling it \u201chorrible.\u201d<\/p>\n Britney Spears left fans worried after revealing that she was injured in a stairway accident.<\/p>\n The pop star, who often shares home dance videos on Instagram, posted a new clip wearing a sparkling pink mini dress paired with fingerless gloves and black heels. A white bandage was visibly wrapped around her right knee, as she slowly swayed to the music. Between dance moves, she also played a few notes on her piano.<\/p>\n In the caption, Spears opened up about the accident. \u201cPsss I fell down the stairs at my friend\u2019s house \u2026 it was horrible,\u201d she wrote. Explaining about the injury, she added, \u201cIt snaps out now and then, not sure if it\u2019s broken but for now it\u2019s snapped in !!!Thank u god.\u201d In the clip, bruises across Spears\u2019 arms and legs are also visible.<\/p>\n She also reflected on a recent goodbye to her sons, Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19.
