Charlie Sheen<\/strong> opened up about feeling \u201cawful\u201d while hanging out with his brother<\/strong> Emilio Estevez<\/strong>\u2018s Brat Pack <\/strong>during the \u201880s. Although he wasn\u2019t interested in acting jobs, he said that looking at the pack inspired him to become an actor. He stated that he wanted to be \u201cpart of all of the perks\u201d that the job came with.<\/p>\n During the Conan O\u2019Brien Needs A Friend podcast, the Hot Shots! actor recalled his life prior to becoming famous. Sheen shared that he used to hang out with his older brother, Emilio Estevez\u2019s, Brat Pack, a group of young actors in the \u201880s. However, he never felt good about it.<\/p>\n \u201cIt felt awful,\u201d Sheen said. \u201cI felt like I was just taking up the rear. I felt like a valet on certain nights.\u201d<\/p>\n Sheen went on to say that despite being \u201cin the mix\u201d and hanging out in VIP lounges with popular celebrities, he never received the same attention from women that others in the group did. \u201cIt felt the worst when [they got] all the attention from all the pretty girls, and they would all go home with them, and I would just go home,\u201d Sheen recalled.<\/p>\n He referred to his new book The Book of Sheen, and said, \u201cI think there\u2019s a line in the book that my inner bear had been poked, and it lit a fire, and you could see it from the f\u2014\u2014 moon.\u201d<\/p>\n The Two and a Half Men star continued to share that he wanted to be a \u201cpart of all the perks\u201d. \u201cI didn\u2019t give a s\u2014 about acting,\u201d she admitted. \u201cI wasn\u2019t looking at that, just like, if I can just get a job that, you know, everybody lines up to go see, then that\u2019s how my nights will end.
