\u201cI cried that whole night. I cried going home at the airport, I cried when I got home and I cried until Gia came home. Even my husband [Luis Ruelas] was like, \u2018What\u2019s wrong with you?\u2019 He\u2019s like, \u2018You think you\u2019re so different,’\u201d she recalled to Us. \u201cI would tell him, \u2018I won\u2019t be good until Gia gets home.\u2019 I was just so worried about her. But I knew that she was going to be fine. I know my child.\u201d<\/p>\n
Despite her confidence in Gia, Teresa\u2019s exit left her eldest to be interrogated by the Directing Staff (DS). Viewers saw Gia get told that she was better off competing without her mother around \u2014 which Teresa didn\u2019t agree with after watching the conversation.<\/p>\n
