Kylie Jenner<\/a> was by her boyfriend’s side for the surprise world premiere of his latest movie.<\/p>\nOn Monday, Oct. 6, Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet<\/a> and Josh Safdie<\/a> surprised the audience at the New York Film Festival’s secret screening by premiering A24’s Marty Supreme<\/a>, which sees the actor bring life to a fictionalized story of professional ping-pong player Marty Reisman.<\/p>\nIn videos<\/a> shared on the festival’s accounts, Jenner, 28, was backstage with Chalamet, 29, and Safdie, who wrote and directed the film, before they surprised the crowd on stage to introduce the movie. Castmembers Gwyneth Paltrow<\/a>, Tyler, the Creator<\/a>, Odessa A’zion<\/a> and Ronald Bronstein also joined them on stage, and Chalamet called the movie a “love letter to New York.”<\/p>\nAfter the screening, Jenner and Chalamet celebrated at the afterparty at Waverly Inn, where they sat in a booth together with friends for most of the night, looking very loved up and happy, an onlooker tells PEOPLE.<\/p>\n
