Online<\/a><\/p>\n The best days of <\/span>Jax Taylor<\/strong><\/a>‘s life <\/span>may be a<\/span> little different than what he recalled.<\/span><\/p>\n Although the <\/span>Vanderpump Rules<\/span><\/em> alum had <\/span>stated<\/span> over the years that <\/span>Channing Tatum<\/strong><\/a> was his first roommate<\/a> when he moved to New York City, the <\/span>Magic Mike<\/span><\/em> star set the record straight.<\/span><\/p>\n “Absolutely not,” Channing, 45, asserted on the Oct. 6 episode of SiriusXM’s <\/span>Andy Cohen Live<\/span><\/em><\/a>. “I don’t think I ever roommated with him.”<\/span><\/p>\n The <\/span>21 Jump Street<\/span><\/em> actor noted that although he lived with several models at the start of his career, which is fairly common, he didn’t share a room with the reality star.<\/span><\/p>\n “They’ll throw you in a model house that has just like a bed,” he explained. “I got kicked out of my first model house. I got in a fight with one of the guys.”<\/span><\/p>\n Meanwhile, Jax\u2014who first <\/span>said<\/span> that he and Channing bunked during his 2013 appearance on <\/span>Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/span><\/em>\u2014previously delved further into <\/span>their living situation<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n More from E! Online<\/strong><\/p>\n “This was around 2002, and those agencies had apartments for models that were coming into town,” <\/span>The Valley<\/span><\/em> star, who was signed to the same modeling agency as Channing, told <\/span>Rolling Stone<\/span><\/em><\/a> in May 2023. “They’re basically like dorm rooms with bunkbeds. A tiny room with bunk beds and a bathroom. Channing was one of six guys in our room.” <\/span><\/p>\n Jax added that Channing got his big break pretty early on, adding, “Now, he got famous real quick. He did this Mountain Dew commercial where he flipped a car.”<\/span><\/p>\n “Once he got that job,” he recalled, “he took off.”<\/span><\/p>\n
