Aaron Phypers<\/strong>\u2019 cousin, Kathleen McAllister<\/strong>, has made some bombshell claims regarding his relationship<\/a> with Denise Richards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n McAllister alleged that she once saw Phypers, 53, hurt and slam the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em> star, 54, against a wall.<\/p>\n \u201cHe was choking her and her head slammed against the [wall] and caused a concussion,\u201d she claimed, according to People<\/em><\/a>. \u201cShe was just really upset, in pain, disoriented. [I was] concerned she could have died.\u201d<\/p>\n McAllister worked with Phypers from 2017 to 2022 at his Malibu medical center and discussed the alleged abuse that went down in the parking lot of the office previously.<\/p>\n She testified in court<\/a> on Monday, October 6, in an effort to support Richards\u2019 want for a permanent restraining order against Phypers.<\/p>\n The actress and the businessman married in 2018, and Phypers filed for divorce in July 2025. Richards was granted a temporary restraining order against him shortly after their split.<\/p>\n The reality star had previously accused Phypers of domestic violence and claimed he would \u201cfrequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head,\u201d according to court docs obtained by People<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n In her tesitmony, McAllister also described a horrifying incident that allegedly went down in 2022 in the bathroom of Phypers\u2019 office. She alleged that she heard \u201cthrashing\u201d sounds that led to Richards receiving an \u201cinjury on her head from [Aaron] slamming her head on the toilet paper rack in the bathroom.\u201d<\/p>\n She then alleged that there was \u201ca period of escalating abuse\u201d and \u201cyelling and arguing\u201d between Richards and Phypers that lasted from January 2022 to May 2022.<\/p>\n![\"Aaron](\"https:\/\/staging.starmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/denise-richards-aaron-phypers-divorce-02-scaled.jpg\")
