Kimberly Williams-Paisley<\/a> marked the upcoming premiere<\/a> of 9-1-1: Nashville<\/em><\/a> with a small get-together on Sunday (October 5), which included a custom cake that featured one glaring mistake.<\/p>\n The Nashville<\/em><\/a> alum took to her Instagram page on Monday (October 6) to share a video of the cake, revealing that there was a miscommunication with the decorators.<\/p>\n \u201cI hosted a small gathering of 911<\/em> friends last night as we gear up for the series premiere of 911nashville this Thursday on ABC and streaming on Hulu!\u201d she captioned the post. \u201cI even got a cake and asked Publix to write \u201cHappy Launch Week\u201d on it.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cBut since that firefighter design is usually chosen by little kids, they misunderstood and wrote, \u201cHappy Lunch Week\u201d!!<\/p>\n \ufffd\ufffd<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n \ufffd\ufffd<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n #nailingit.\u201d<\/p>\n It\u2019s an easy mistake to make, seeing as Lunch Week typically takes place in October. President John F.
