OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. (KOKH) \u2014 <\/span>For this week’s Red Dirt Riches, we’re going down the street to the Nichols Hills part of Wilshire.<\/p>\n

We’re looking at a new construction home that has to be the biggest we’ve ever seen in this neighborhood.<\/p>\n

If you’re into music, this is the place for you.<\/p>\n

Let’s jump right in, hop on Zillow, and check out 2718 W. Wilshire Boulevard<\/a> just outside of Nichols Hills.<\/p>\n

It’s beautiful, huge, and priced at $2,540,000. The price dropped $100,000 on Sept. 30. <\/p>\n

We have Wendy Richardson, with Wendy Sells Oklahoma, to walk us through the operatic, huge space that greets you at the front door. <\/p>\n

“The vaulted ceilings, it’s amazing, but first, let’s take a look at the study. This office is also enormous. It has all the things,” said Richardson.<\/p>\n

Some incredibly tall ceilings with a modern chandelier, but the vaulted space doesn’t end there.<\/p>\n

“It’s a stage. All the natural lighting, you don’t even need any of the lights on, there’s so much natural lighting,” said Richardson.<\/p>\n

Moving on to the kitchen.<\/p>\n

“It’s beautiful, they worked very hard to make the bangs connect on the backsplash. This marble is just amazing,” said Richardson.<\/p>\n

State-of-the-art appliances, a gas stove with pot filler, and navy blue cabinets with gold accents. Behind this amazing kitchen is a whole other kitchen, built for entertaining lots of people.<\/p>\n

If you’re having a party, you have to park somewhere… “You could easily fit 4, 5, 6 7, I mean, depending on how big the car is, you could park 7 on the first row,” said Richardson.<\/p>\n

Back inside, a man cave wired for 6 TVs, and two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom.<\/p>\n

Off to the primary bedroom, a huge space with heated floors and huge sliding glass doors… and that’s not all.<\/p>\n

“My favorite feature is the Miele coffee pot in here,” said Richardson.<\/p>\n

Then, of course, the master bathroom. His and hers sinks, beautiful backsplash, golden tub.<\/p>\n

“This shower is the shower of kings right here. His and hers showers. His and hers built-in bench, all the fixtures,” said Richardson.<\/p>\n

And from the bathroom, probably the grandest master closet we’ve ever seen. Drawers to the ceiling and enough room to park a car.<\/p>\n
