The queen of country said she wanted to \u201cput everybody\u2019s mind at ease, those of you that seem to be real concerned.\u201d <\/p>\n
Assuring fans she is \u201cOK,\u201d Parton said she has \u201csome problems\u201d to deal with and is undergoing \u201ca few treatments\u201d and could \u201calways use the prayers.\u201d<\/p>\n
Parton admitted that after the death of her husband Carl Dean in March, she \u201cdidn\u2019t take care of myself\u201d and \u201clet a lot of things go that I should have been taking care of.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen I got around to it, the doctor said, \u2018We need to take care of this, we need to take care of that,\u201d Parton explained. \u201cNothing major, but I did have to cancel some things so I could be closer to home.\u201d<\/p>\n
The star concluded, \u201cI wanted you to know that I\u2019m not dying! I\u2019m not ready to die yet. I don\u2019t think God is through with me, and I ain\u2019t done working.\u201d<\/p>\n
Parton captioned her social media post, \u201cI ain\u2019t dead yet!\u201d<\/p>\n
