Gene Simmons won\u2019t be able to rock and roll all night, at least for a little while.<\/p>\n

The Kiss legend was reportedly hospitalized following a car crash in Malibu, California, on Tuesday, Oct. 7, according to NBC4 Los Angeles<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Although Simmons, 76, is now said to be \u201crecovering at home\u201d following the scary incident, the \u201cBeth\u201d rocker had either passed out or fainted while behind the wheel of his SUV and collided with a parked car on the Pacific Coast Highway, per the outlet.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for the Lost Hills Sheriff\u2019s Station, meanwhile, told People<\/a> that there was an accident matching the description of the Kiss bassist\u2019s crash. However, they did not identify the driver involved.<\/p>\n

The Lost Hills spokesperson added that the incident happened in the 25000 block of the PCH shortly before 1 p.m. Tuesday, and it \u201cinvolved a vehicle that struck a parked vehicle.\u201d <\/p>\n

The driver was then transported to the hospital by the Los Angeles County Fire Department for further treatment, the spokesperson shared.<\/p>\n

NBC4 later identified the driver as Simmons and reported that his SUV \u201ccareened across several lanes of traffic\u201d before colliding with the parked car. <\/p>\n

The\u00a0\u201cGod of Thunder\u201d singer\u2019s wife, Shannon Simmons, told the outlet that her husband is currently recovering at home and that doctors recently changed his medication.<\/p>\n
