Bethenny Frankel <\/b>had a few stern words for people who are in a tizzy over Taylor Swift<\/b> amid the release of the singer\u2019s latest album, The Life of a Showgirl<\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cThe polarization and divisiveness of Taylor Swift is like Democrat versus Republican,\u201d the Real Housewives of New York<\/em> alum, 54, complained in a TikTok video posted on October 7<\/a>. \u201cLike people fight about it. People like, take a stance on it.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWhat the f**k happened to everybody?\u201d she continued in the clip, in which she wrote \u201cTaylor Swift is NOT your whole identity\u201d alongside of it. \u201cWhy is like, liking or not liking someone people\u2019s entire identity and personality?\u201d<\/p>\n Frankel added fuel to the fire by telling fans to \u201cget a f**king hobby.\u201d<\/p>\n While some fans agreed with the former TV personality, a few Swifties came with clapbacks, including one who wrote: \u201cWell love her or hate her SHE\u2019S THE MUSIC INDUSTRY.\u201d<\/p>\n This isn\u2019t the first time Frankel has thrown shade at celebrities \u2014 and their loyal fanbases.<\/p>\n In 2022, she called out Kim Kardashian<\/b><\/a> for her \u201coverpriced\u201d, soon-to-be-shuttered skincare line, SKKN by Kim, and she\u2019s also shaded<\/a> Jennifer Lopez <\/b>and Blake Lively<\/b> for oversaturating fans with their side hustles, like J.Lo\u2019s JLo Beauty and Lively\u2019s Betty Buzz.<\/p>\n \u201cCelebrities have now reached a fever pitch of trying to triple- and quadruple-dip in monetizing businesses other than their core business,\u201d Frankel, said in an August 2024 Instagram video<\/a>. \u201cIt\u2019s become a common practice to try to really bum-rush and smash and grab as much as you possibly can at the same time.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n![\"taylors](\"https:\/\/staging.starmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/MEGA1349160_032-scaled.jpg\")
