\t\t<\/p>\n Max Ehrich<\/strong><\/a> was arrested in Florida this week. <\/p>\n The 34-year-old Daytime Emmy-nominated actor found himself in some legal trouble on Tuesday night (October 7), when he was arrested for battery on a person 65 or older, according to TMZ<\/a><\/em>. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Per law enforcement sources, the charge reportedly involves domestic violence on a family member. <\/p>\n TMZ<\/em> reports he posted the $1,000 bond and was released from jail the following day. <\/p>\n Max<\/strong>\u2018s arrest comes on the heels of many Instagram posts which have drawn concern from followers over his behavior. His lost post is a Notes screenshot saying, \u201cMy heart is broken :(,\u201d which was posted the day of his arrest. <\/p>\n Other recent posts have included FaceTime screenshots with various friends and family members, more Notes screenshots, and even a video in the car with his dad driving. <\/p>\n Max <\/strong>is most well-known for playing Fenmore Bladwin on The Young and the Restless <\/em>from 2012 to 2015.
