The Maroon 5 frontman and his supermodel wife, who bought the home in 2022 for $52 million,<\/a> are selling not out of necessity but opportunity\u2014they\u2019ve found another residence closer to their children\u2019s school, according to a representative for Riskin Partners Estate Group, one of the listing brokerages.<\/p>\n
